Process
Five steps. Each with a deadline.
Timelines are for the Core package and count from receipt of your complete materials. Basic is shorter, Pro is longer.
Conversation and offer
A free 30-minute consultation. We ask what you do, who your clients are and what the site needs to do. After the call you get a written offer with scope and price.
Contract, deposit and materials
We sign a contract and you pay a 50% deposit. You send us your copy and photos. If materials arrive late, the deadline moves by the same amount.
Structure and mockup
We set up the page structure, colors and typography from your brand and build a mockup.
Build, testing on all devices and your approval
We build the site and test it on phone, tablet and desktop. You review, request changes within your package’s revision rounds, and approve.
Launch, domain and handover
You pay the remaining 50%, we connect the domain and launch the site. We hand over all access, and with Core and Pro, training to manage the content yourself.

Questions before you decide.
How can it be this fast?
Because we don’t start from scratch. We have a ready system — a proven layout, typography, components and a review procedure — and a five-step process where it’s clear what happens on which day. Time isn’t spent waiting between meetings, it’s spent on your site. The deadline starts when we receive your complete materials.
Why don’t you have references?
The studio is new and we don’t hide it. Instead of invented references we show what you can check: this site, concepts for three industries, public prices and guarantees with numbers.
Who owns the domain?
You do. It’s registered in your company’s name and you own it from day one. We are the administrative and technical contact while the maintenance contract is active.
What do I pay after the first year?
Domain and hosting for the first year are included in the package price. From year two you choose maintenance: basic at €180–250 per year (hosting, domain, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring and small text and image updates) or active at €100–150 per month, if you need regular content work, new pages and campaign support.
How does payment work?
50% deposit before work starts, 50% before the site launches. No project starts without a deposit, and you never pay the full amount up front.
What if my materials are late?
The delivery deadline runs from receipt of your complete copy and photos. If materials are late, the deadline moves by the same amount.
What if I don’t like something?
That’s what revision rounds are for: Basic 1 round after design completion, Core up to 3 rounds during the project, Pro unlimited revisions during the project. Anything outside the agreed scope is handled as a written addendum, priced in advance.
Can I update the content myself?
With Core and Pro, yes: you update your blog, news or portfolio yourself, no developer needed, with training. Basic has no CMS.
Do you guarantee first place on Google?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee that. We guarantee what depends on us: a technically sound site, page speed and the SEO work included in your package.
Do you work with businesses outside Kragujevac?
Yes. We are based in Kragujevac and work with businesses in Serbia and abroad.
